We fold an egg-free, gluten-free rice flour crepe over a bed of tamari and coconut-glazed chicken, shredded cucumbers and fresh herbs. Loads of fresh flavor (and not spicy!). Served with a wedge of lime, crushed peanuts and a lime-sambal dipping sauce.
