This is what a cioppino would be like if Chef Meas' home country of Cambodia and Munchery's hometown of San Francisco made it together! He starts with a broth of tomato, ginger, white wine, coconut milk, lemongrass, chiles, and fresh herbs. Then, a variety of shellfish are gently poached in the aromatic broth: shrimp, clams, mussels, and squid. Mop it up with a few slices of grilled sourdough bread.
