One of my favorite dishes from one of my favorite chefs. A chicken thigh and drumstick are floured, sautéed and braised with wild mushrooms, baby carrots, leeks, sweet peas, white wine and chicken broth. Served with buttered egg noodles tossed with Italian parsley.
