It all starts with the turkey: brined in salt, lemon, garlic, rosemary, and thyme for tons of flavor and to help keep it juicy while we roast it to a beautiful brown. You get dark and white meat, of course.
Filling out the plate are a mix of roasted brussels sprouts and butternut squash, mashed Yukon Gold potatoes, stuffing featuring Italian sausage, and an orange-lemon cranberry sauce. And gravy, because it ain't Thanksgiving without gravy.
