A light and refreshing taste of traditional Cambodia. A rich, spicy shrimp broth is infused with tamarind, Thai basil, and mint, then accented with thinly sliced Birds Eye chiles and scallions. Chunks of sweet pineapple, lotus root, and poached tiger shrimp complete the soup. Served with steamed jasmine rice on the side to add if you like.

Delicious soup. I only wish it had a bit more spice. I added a little Sambal Oelek which made it perfect for my taste.

Shrimp looked like they were a bit torn up on the tops, they were also rubbery. The first time I had this they were perfect

Some of the most flavorful broth I have ever tasted! So good and filling. Only thing I would have liked more if the shrimp were more seasoned too. Still awesome soup.
