We start with a tender bun, of course. Then we add an all-beef patty and top it with Swiss cheese.
As if that weren't enough... we include bacon aioli (instead of olive oil we use bacon fat!) made with crispy bacon bits, whole grain mustard, smoked paprika, a little pinch of cayenne for a kick, and brown sugar to sweeten it up.
Grilled red onions, spicy house-made pickles, crunchy iceberg lettuce, and juicy tomatoes finish off this burger. On the side are crispy seasoned potato wedges (don't forget to dip them in the bacon aioli!).
