Pork loin is rubbed with fresh herbs then roasted until tender and sliced. It comes with a side of our seasoned kale and ciabatta dressing (that's the word for stuffing, that's not actually "stuffed" into anything) and a medley of green zucchini and yellow summer squash. We also give you a bit of our rich and flavorful cherry and wine-infused relish, for you to spoon a wee bit on to each bite of pork. You know, incase you like that sort of thing.
