Hatch green chiles are a specialty of the Southwest and we're very excited to use them as one of the main ingredients in this hearty soup. The chunky chowder is made with large hunks of green chiles, which have been roasted and cut into large pieces. We've added red bell peppers, corn kernels, and tender potatoes in a creamy white broth. If you don't have the time to jet off to New Mexico, a bowl of this soup will be more than adequate as a substitute.
