Here is a carb-conscious take on a classic pasta puttanesca. Swordfish is marinated with garlic, lemon, and parsley, then grilled and served on steamed spaghetti squash tossed with pinenuts, basil, and olive oil. It's topped with a puttanesca-style sauce made with tomatoes, basil, garlic, onion, anchovies, capers, and olives.

We would pay a bit more for a 6 oz--8 oz portion( after cooking). Texture and taste of swordfish was good for me but my husband.'s tasted bland. More of the sides would be great. I''d think a few more veggies wouldn't cost you much.

The swordfihs was good but the spaghetti squash was undercooked

Superb meal and low carb too! Swordfish was perfectly done, stood up well to the puttanesca. Not a great match with spaghetti squash so heated separately. The spaghetti squash was a revelation with the delicate flavor enhanced by basil and pinenuts,

Under cooked

Loved this dish. I great alternative to salmon. Good serving size. Liked the seasoning and having spaghetti squash instead of carbs was nice and it was very tasty. One of my favorites from Munchery!

Swordfish Dry a bit over cooked. Spaghetti squash nice

Very tasty. Fish a bit thin / small and a bit dry

This one was a "Meh". The sauce was OK, but usually we're wowed by Munchery's sauces. And the squash just didn't mesh well with the swordfish, flavorwise or texturewise.

Spaghetti squash was good but halibut tasted very fishy and was chewy

This was my first EVER meal with munchery and I'm impressed! Quantity was large, fish was cooked perfectly, super fresh tasting and it was a near perfect meal. Thank you! Looking forward to my next meal!

Tiny portion of squash. Enough sauce for four times the amount of squash.
4 Stars
Fish was great. The shredded side I can live without.

The swordfish was completely raw!

A little bit too salty but overall good

The fish was raw and my wife is pregnant...not a good combination.

Swordfish was raw in the middle

The flavor of both the fish and especially the squash were quite good, but this dish was so salty that I couldn't finish it. It's ironic because I chose this specifically because it had a lower sodium count than many of the other dishes.

Undercooked and looks nothing like the picture
2 Stars
Fish was raw in the middle and he squash wasn't vey cooked either.

After reheating the fish was kind of tough

Sauce was spicy & flavorful. Spaghetti squash was so-so. My husband's longer, thinner piece of fish was good (he rated it 4). Mine was thicker & raw inside (microwaved 3x) with "off" flavor (rated 0). Two hours later, I had GI issues. Won't reorder.

Very tasty and packed with flavor. The puttanesca was on point; briny, sweet and savory. All the elements of this dish worked so well together. The serving was very generous. First time I did not have to add seasoning.

One of the best meals we have ever had from Munchery.

The swordfish was raw! If it was intended to be just seared like runs sometimes is, it should be described as such.

Outside had grill marks but was raw on the inside when it arrived. Suggested 8-10 min at 350 was not enough. Took 15 min at 360 for it to be cooked through. Pretty sure swordfish is not to be eaten undercooked. Need More accurate cooking instructions

Swordfish was very undercooked. Could barely eat any of it.

I would love this spaghetti squash with grilled chicken & pesto sauce next time. I really like your savory flavors of the pine nuts, basil & olive oil in the spaghetti squash. The swordfish was on the strong side, so chicken would be better.

The fish didn't microwave well, finished in the oven

I almost threw up in my mouth. Thank you for that, what a waste

Too raw, I think it shouldn't be raw at all. But at least it should be a medium grilled. And it's not tasty. Especially the side.
