This tartine, which is French for an open-faced sandwich (oh, those crazy French!), is loaded with balsamic grilled onions and roasted mushrooms, thinly sliced marinated steak, and then topped with a little of the salad greens, which you toss with our blue cheese vinaigrette. Or you can have the salad on the side. Your food— totally your call on how you eat it.
