Lacinato Kale and hearts of romaine are tossed with cherry tomatoes, crisp polenta croutons and dressed with an egg-less "Caesar" style lemon, anchovy, roasted garlic and Parmesan dressing. Topped with lemon, garlic and parsley marinated grilled Gulf prawns.
