Certified Angus Sirloin "Pub" steak is a lovely full flavored, tender cut of beef. Here we grill it medium rare and serve it with Parmesan whipped Yukon Gold potatoes and broccoli stir fried with toasted garlic, olive oil and chili flakes
On the side: salsa verde to drizzle on as you like.
