This is my Asian twist on a New York steakhouse classic! I marinate New York strip steak with lemongrass, lime leaf and ginger, then grill to medium rare. Served with wasabi-infused whipped potatoes and a portabella cap sauteed with sweet peppers, onion and garlic. A medallion of scallion butter finishes the steak and the meal perfectly!
