This meal combines several of my favorite French cuisine classics. Chicken cutlets are pounded until perflectly thin and marinated in ginger, garlic and tamari, then grilled for that great charcoal flavor. Served with French green lentils cooked with smoked bacon and fresh herbs. A wedge of grilled radicchio completes the meal; add a squeeze of lemon for a fresh, acidic finish.
