Plump chicken is marinated in pineapple juice and soy sauce to add flavor and make it wonderfully tender. It's grilled and served over seasoned black rice and roasted broccolini. For an extra punch of flavor, you can spoon on our house-made romesco, a smokey sauce originating from the Catalonia region of Spain and made by blending roasted red peppers, a dash of sherry vinegar, toasted almonds, and hazelnuts. A few drops of our lovely chive oil add an herbaceous finish.
