Fresh salmon fillets are roasted until flaky and topped with our house-made gremolata. It’s served with horseradish-scallion whipped potatoes, steamed Swiss Chard, and a mix of gold and red beets that are marinated in Meyer lemon juice. Yeah, we think that sounds pretty darn delicious, too.
