This dessert starts with pie dough made from scratch. Flaky and butter-intensive, the crust is draped over a filling made with thinly-sliced Granny Smith apples baked until golden brown. It might not always feel like autumn in LA, but this apple pie should get you in the holiday mood.

This is the best apple pie I have ever had. Perfect ratio of crust to apple. Heat it up and top if off with some ice cream from home and it's a match made in heaven.

Pie done right, simply great, the apples not to sweet or over done so they are mushy and I loved the fact that they were not swimming in a syrupy sauce and the spice was just right. Crust stayed crisp. Warmed it up and I was in sweet pie heaven.

The nutritional info listed yesterday before we ordered this showed 0g of fat. If this is true, i will be ordering this regularly. If it's not true, I'm disappointed that it was either listed incorrectly or I misread it.
