Lean beef is rubbed with a blend of spices and lots of fresh ginger. The steak is pan-seared until medium-rare and then sliced. It's served with a quinoa salad mixed with lightly sautéed kale and shredded cabbage. It can be sprinkled with a garnish of pea and hazelnut salad that's served on the side. To tie it all together, there's a bit of gochujang, a spicy Korean condiment made with pungent red chili paste, for you to kick up the flavor to your own liking.
