The beef was well braised, soft, flavorful. The broth was a bit too salty - you can't drink it after you've finished the ramen. The poached egg is sadly impossible to heat up without cooking fully.

Everything was too heavy - broth was too thick and noodles were starchy. No egg like in the picture

The flavor was ok. Good not great. The beef was good - very tender.

Loved the dish, but was confused when I didn't have any scallions, poached egg or siracha sauce. Beef stayed wonderfully tender and flavorful. I tend to like my noodles a little less well done, but I won't complain.
