This is Chef Levine's version of the classic sandwich made famous by Phillipe's of Los Angeles. Thinly sliced roast beef heated in rich beef jus, piled high on a toasted Panorama French baguette that's slathered with horseradish sour cream, pickled red onions, and peppery watercress. Served with rosemary roasted potatoes.
On the side: beef pan juices for dipping, of course!
