This newest version of our popular 3-Course Meal is borne out of a Munchery + Food52 collaboration. Four of Amanda Hesser's recipes from the Food52 blog (www.food52.com) are merged into one very tasty package! The main course consists of Chicken a la Marengo (crisp chicken accented with garlic, mushrooms, and a light tomato sauce) and a side of Summer Squash Gratin. A hearty Radish & Pecan Grain Salad accompanies the main course, and an indulgent dessert of Brandy Alexander Pie finishes the meal. We hope you enjoy! *Nutritional info and ingredients represent all three meals served. - Full details of each dish below - Chicken a la Marengo - Crisp chicken pieces are accented with garlic, mushrooms, and a light tomato sauce. Summer Squash Gratin - Sliced summer squash takes center stage with grated Gruyere cheese and fresh breadcrumbs in this satisfying gratin. Topped with a vibrant salsa verde made from fresh herbs, olive oil, garlic, capers, and a splash of lemon. Radish & Pecan Grain Salad - In a showcase of grains, farro, wild rice, quinoa, and barley are threaded with pecans, raisins, and dried cranberries to create a hearty salad. Brightening the dish, bits of arugula, radishes, and a wash of sherry vinegar and walnut oil are mixed in. Brandy Alexander Pie - A creamy mousse of whipped eggs, sugar, Cognac, and Crème de Cacao is enveloped by a gingersnap crumb crust.

An incredibly satisfying meal, and VERY generous portions. I was afraid to look at the nutritional information but was pleasantly surprised to see it came in at half the calories I was expecting given how satisfying everything was.

This was all very yummy! Lovely sauce on the chicken, and the pie was so delicious we all fought over it. The only thing I didn't really enjoy was the spearmint in both the salad and the side, it didn't seem to fit well with the other ingredients.

Salad: Overall good, could use dressing on the arugula. The grain portion was great though! Main course: Chicken was cooked really well, still juicy. Dessert was simply amazing. The pie tasted light, yet decadent. Best i've had in awhile!

That side salad was amazing! The mixtures of tastes and textures was incredible. And the same goes for the main dish. Always perfectly cooked after heating in the oven. What a treat!
