This newest version of our popular 3-Course Meal is borne out of a Munchery + Food52 collaboration. Four of Amanda Hesser's recipes from the Food52 blog (www.food52.com) are merged into one very tasty package!
The main course consists of Chicken a la Marengo (crisp chicken accented with garlic, mushrooms, and a light tomato sauce) and a side of Summer Squash Gratin.
A hearty Radish & Pecan Grain Salad accompanies the main course, and an indulgent dessert of Brandy Alexander Pie finishes the meal.

Chicken a la Marengo - Crisp chicken pieces are accented with garlic, mushrooms, and a light tomato sauce.
Summer Squash Gratin - Sliced summer squash takes center stage with grated Gruyere cheese and fresh breadcrumbs in this satisfying gratin. Topped with a vibrant salsa verde made from fresh herbs, olive oil, garlic, capers, and a splash of lemon.
Radish & Pecan Grain Salad - In a showcase of grains, farro, wild rice, quinoa, and barley are threaded with pecans, raisins, and dried cranberries to create a hearty salad. Brightening the dish, bits of arugula, radishes, and a wash of sherry vinegar and walnut oil are mixed in.
Brandy Alexander Pie - A creamy mousse of whipped eggs, sugar, Cognac, and Crème de Cacao is enveloped by a gingersnap crumb crust.
