This is chef Carson's version of chicken mami (a Filipino chicken noodle soup). Rich chicken broth surrounds cut chicken and thin egg noodles. Shredded carrots, fresh cabbage and some sliced scallions are added to the broth and it's then topped with a soft boiled egg and toasted garlic which is sprinkled on for the last bit of flavor. Oh, if only every bowl of chicken soup was this flavorful!
