Also known as stone fruit salad, this works so well since the sweetness and the acidity of the nectarines, plums, and apricots plays off of the peppery arugula. Toss with the sherry vinaigrette and sprinkle with a handful of artisanal marcona almonds. I call this salad a fiesta since it's a celebration of flavors that are bright and vibrant. Salud!
