Skewers of lamb kebabs sit atop a super spicy vindaloo curry deep in caramelized onion, clove, and cardamom. Toothsome brown, red, and wild rice absorb every bit of this potent sauce. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious curry for two.

Lamb was very chewy and had lots of gristle. Flavors good but salty. May have added too much extra salt

Meat was extremely fatty

Even at the lamb being medium rare, it was still tough and not tender like it would have been if stewed for a long period. Also very mild.
