Falafels, those tender, yummy little balls of goodness made with chickpea flour, are the filling for these tasty wraps. We give you whole-wheat pita to wrap around them after you fry them up, a cool yogurt tzatziki, and fresh slaw to add to the mix. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, olive oil, a knife, and salt/pepper) and around 10 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

  • Falafel (ground garbanzo beans, wheat flour, garlic, onions, herbs, spices, baking soda, water, salt, canola oil)
  • Cherry Tomato
  • Whole Wheat Pita Bread
  • Lemon vinaigrette (canola oil, rice vinegar (water, rice), lemon juice, shallots, dijon mustard, tamari, salt)
  • Tzatziki (greek yogurt (cultured pasteurized grade A nonfat milk, cream, whey protein concentrate, pectin, salt), cucumbers, red wine vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt)
  • Tahini (sesame seeds, water, garlic, lemon juice, salt)
  • Spearmint
