We glazed an applewood smoked ham with Dijon mustard, brown sugar, and bread crumbs before roasting it to golden. Thin slices are served with a big wedge of gratin that's made from layering thinly sliced Yukon Gold potatoes, celery root, rich cream, garlic, and Parmesan. Plus, there's steamed baby carrots and a mix of both sugar snap peas and English peas to add some spring vegetable crunch. On the side comes our house-made horseradish and whole-grain mustard, which adds a bit of zing to each bite.
