Duck confit is the highlight of this dish! It is served over one of Chef Batson's favorite salads. Wheat berries are dressed in a curry vinaigrette and tossed with tart dried cherries and crunchy toasted pistachios. Baby kale tossed in makes this a wonderful winter salad.
