Mazeman ramen is a dry ramen. That means no broth. Instead, a sauce is made by mixing the noodles with a silky poached egg and shredded duck confit, giving the dish a luxurious texture. The noodles are spiked with toasted garlic chips and thinly sliced red onion for bite and a squeeze of lime for bright notes of citrus.

Can't really go wrong with duck confit and noodles! A little tricky to reassemble after heating, but worth it :)

Excellent flavors and nice presentation too. Re: the saltiness from other reviews, the salt now comes in a separate container so you can add to taste. Delicious!

Had a lot of potential, but too salty. Duck was already salty & didn't need sea salt in the small container. I only wanted to pour the garlic out, but I couldn't so I had to deal w/ the sea salt added onto the already salty meal.
