Plump, Italian, ricotta and porcini mushroom-stuffed ravioli are at their best in a classic red sauce made savory with earthen crimini mushrooms and shaved Parmesan. A side of garlicky broccoli rabe makes the meal complete. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious Italian meal for two.

Rabe was very very bitter and the recipe seemed to call for a bit too much water to be added. But I love the concept - easy to cook and otherwise very tasty.
