What’s better than mushrooms? MORE mushrooms! Plump, Italian, ricotta and porcini mushroom-stuffed ravioli are at their best in a classic red sauce made savory with earthen crimini mushrooms and shaved Parmesan. A side of garlicky broccoli rabe makes the meal complete. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious Italian meal for two.
  • Porcini Mushroom Tortelloni (wheat flour, pastuerized eggs, durum wheat semolina, ricotta cheese, sauteed porcini mushroom, butter, potato flakes, Grana Padano D.O.P., rice flour, wheat fiber, salt, dried porcini mushroom, pepper, garlic.)
  • Tomato Sauce (dice tomatoes (peeled tomatoes, tomato juice, salt and calcium chloride), ground tomatoes (unpeeled ground tomatoes, extra heavy tomato puree, and salt), water, tomato paste, garlic, basil, sugar, olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, chili flakes)
  • Broccoli raab
  • Mushrooms
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Garlic

Rabe was very very bitter and the recipe seemed to call for a bit too much water to be added. But I love the concept - easy to cook and otherwise very tasty.
