We love the complexity of flavor in this dinner from San Francisco's popular DOSA restaurant. The prawns are full of flavor, and you control the spice level with how much chile you choose to add (or not!). The veggies get cooked with aromatics for complex flavor. Serve with the coconut rice and naan for a complete meal. Amazingly, all it takes is three easy steps and 15 minutes and you've got yourself an Indian dinner for two! Really tasty. Veggies were a bit weird like maybe we needed to chop them more? Didn't seem to fit. But the shrimp was super good. Definitely a kick to it! Watch for inedible things in aromatic blend (i.e. A bay leaf).

Good quantity of shrimp and great directions. The pinch of spices added the perfect amount of heat for us. At first I was not so sure about the black seeds, but it tasted amazing with the veggies.

This was outstanding, so many layers of flavor! I only used a little bit of the coconut oil, just enough for a quick saute of the prawns and it still had a nice coconut essence. Good portion for 2 people.

Even better than it looked in the pictures. It took longer than 15 minutes to prepare, but totally worth it. The veggies and marsala sauce were delicious, just a bit salty. Generous portions.
