In this interpretation of the classic Italian antipasto, fresh ingredients are essential. That's why I've used Di Stefano burrata cheese - made right here in Los Angeles. Vine-ripened whole tomatoes are slow-roasted with olive oil on top of crunch garlic toast. Finish with a sprinkle of pine nuts and a drizzle of fragrant pesto.
