The best part of this roll is right on top. Avocado and tender asparagus are wrapped in nori and steamed white rice, then topped with layers of sliced salmon. Topped with chive and crispy onions and served with a spicy mayo-sesame soy dipping sauce for as much (or little) of a kick as you'd like.
