Plump chicken breast is marinated in freshly squeezed citrus juice. Then it's grilled and chopped and added to a salad of peppery arugula, shaved asparagus spears, grape tomatoes, and briny feta cheese. We give you a red wine vinaigrette to dress the salad to your own liking, and a few of chef Duggan's brioche croutons. It's his play on a panzanella, without the carb overload.
