Taco stands are everywhere in Los Angeles, and we wanted to create an appetizer that incorporated some of the flavors found in our favorite taquerias. To start, a fresh and chunky guacamole with a little heat from the diced jalapeño and serrano peppers. Then heat up the queso fundido made with chorizo and melted cheese and top with my cucumber pico de gallo to temper the spice. With football season in full swing, this is a delicious offering to go with your ice-cold Corona!
