These decadent chocolate truffles are often called "pavé," loosely translated as "paving stones," referring to their square shape and rustic cocoa powder-dusted facade. Those French sure did have some fancy sidewalks back in the day if this is what they were using! This ganache is blended with an almond and hazelnut praline paste, and a thin layer of ground praline in the ganache offers a little bit of texture. Each order contains 6 ganache squares.

So good. So intense that it's lasted all week because I only need to eat one at a time. I will certainly add them to my order whenever I see them. Yum!

These were very delicious and very soft. I don't understand what they were called praline though because there were no pralines in the ingredients but there were other nuts mentioned

Didn't realize these had nuts (though I realize now that you used the word praline in the classic sense). My son had a severe allergic reaction. You should clarify when your food has nuts, milk, or dairy.
