Eat at any three Michelin star restaurant and at the end of your meal you will be treated to a spread of petits fours made by the hands of the pastry department. This is the classic petit four; now you can be fancy at home! I have enrobed these little layer cakes of chocolate sable, citrus ganache, chocolate biscuit, and dark chocolate ganache. They are a two bite experience, so you'll be able to see the lovely layers. You will be treated to six mini petits fours.
