When life gives you french bread, make bread pudding! Milk chocolate and dark chocolate are swirled into hand-torn chunks of bread that soak up sweetened condensed milk. The mixture is baked moist, with a silky vanilla sauce to drizzle over the top after heating. Some of my favorite things in a single dessert.

Big enough to share or be like me and save some for later. Warmed up, the chocolate chunks get all melty and the sauce is not overly sweet, a nice complement. As an FYI, I doctored mine up with some sliced fresh bananas.
