Creamy black beans are cooked until smooth and seasoned with cumin and coriander. After you warm the corn tortillas, you'll spread the beans into the center of each one, then top it with some of our maple-glazed and oven roasted carrots. A sprinkle of salty cotija cheese, a few pieces of pickled onions, a scoop (or three) of guacamole, and a small handful of pea shoots put on top and you've got yourself some darn fancy tacos there!

Really delicious but didn't like that the stems were left on the carrots!

First of all the carrots had the ends on them almost choked. Too much green stringy stuff terrible. Though taste tasty a nightmare to eat. Otherwise most stuff really great

Not sure but just didn't impress. One thing is remove carrot top. Tortillas were good but the combo of blackbean and carrot alone didn't do it for me. Felt like something was missing... I have loved everything else I've ordered.
