Our salmon is raised in the cold waters off the Faroe Islands in the North Atlantic, using the industry’s highest sustainability standards. It gets lightly marinated in sake, then poached until tender. We serve it chilled with a salad of soba noodles tossed with savory soba sauce and a medley of julienned carrots, cucumbers, daikon, bean sprouts, and scallions. Finished with a touch of wakame seaweed for a bit of salty crunch.
