This traditional Mexican stew is pure comfort food with a vibrant kick, rich from fragrant onion, garlic, and oregano, tangy tomato, and meaty chicken. Customize your bowl to make it your own. Add crunchy shredded cabbage and radishes, creamy avocado, and tangy lime juice to your liking. BYO hot sauce if you dare! All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two. Munchery sources poultry raised without antibiotics—it’s better for the birds and it’s better for you. We’re excited to feature poultry from Mary’s Chickens in this dish.

What People Are Saying

The pozole had a kind of sweet taste and I arrived to the conclusion that it was for so many chunks of tomato. The portion is too small for two people. And it miss the spicy element. There was anything that could serve as an option to make it spacy

Packing. I had raw chicken juice all over my ingredients...thus components that were supposed to be eaten raw had to be thoroughly cooked instead.
