The broth has a deep and smoky flavor with a touch of heat thanks to the use of roasted tomatoes, chile pasilla, and chile guajillo. Then I've added chunks of chicken and potatoes to give the soup substance. Chili flakes are served on the side along with white rice to complete this hearty meal.
