Widely regarded as one of the national dishes of Guatemala. This thick soup is rich with meaty flavor and spice. The broth has a deep and smoky flavor with a touch of heat thanks to the use of roasted tomatoes, chile pasilla, and chile guajillo. Then I've added chunks of chicken and potatoes to give the soup substance. Chili flakes are served on the side along with white rice to complete this hearty meal.

Just okay. The diced potatoes in the soup are undercooked so are still somewhat hard/crunchy as you chew.
