Chicken Korma

coconut milk, garbanzo beans, chilies, curry leaf
4.2 stars
(29 reviews)
  • No-Antibiotic Poultry
This chicken korma gets braised in broth until supremely tender, with a bit of coconut milk added at the end for creaminess (the fabulous flavor comes from a mixture of spices, including cumin and coriander). It comes with a side of black channa poriyal (black garbanzo beans, chilies, and curry leaf), plus some sesame rice and a piece of naan. Spice Level: Medium Munchery sources poultry raised without antibiotics—it’s better for the birds and it’s better for you. We’re excited to feature poultry from Mary’s Chickens in this dish.
