Super tangy with vinegar, super rich from coconut milk, and super piquant from whole black peppercorns, this is a delicious Filipino take on chicken and rice. Broccolini fleurettes and sweet strips of red bell pepper add color and crunch. White rice soaks in every bit of rich, vibrant flavor. All you need is basic kitchen equipment (pots/pans, bowls, a knife, salt, pepper, oil) and around 15 minutes to create this delicious dinner for two.

I would have preferred chicken breast over chicken thigh meat. Had good flavor. Easy to make.

We love coconut milk Asian recipes, but the combination of flavors in this one was unpleasant. The quality of the chicken was so poor, we didn't eat most of the meat.

Too many peppercorns

Dish was bland and watery, chicken arrived frozen. Instructions didn't mention straining the sauce leaving whole bay leaves and peppercorns in the finished dish
