Hodo Soy tofu, made in Oakland, sits for a bit in a marinade of soy, balsamic vinegar, and sugar before being grilled and diced. We scatter the tasty tofu on a bed of baby greens with broccoli, carrots, tomatoes, and green onions, plus plenty of roasted cashews. You add the spicy cashew dressing to taste, of course.
