garbanzo, pancetta, tomato, egg, blue cheese, dill
The cobb salad was named after a dish created by restaurant manager Robert Cobb at Hollywood's Brown Derby restaurant, which was popular in the 1920s. Chunks of chicken with all of the usual topping, except we've swapped pancetta for the usual bacon and added garbanzo beans and dill for a twist. Thanks Mr. Cobb, almost 100 years later and we're still loving this salad!
