The eggplant in the dish was woefully undercooked. I don't know if we were supposed to cook it more... That doesn't seem to be standard with munchery meals.

This was super tasty! Coconut rice was well-cooked and flavorful. Curry was rich, creamy, and delicious and was full of fresh veggies. Relish added a great crunch and acidity. Could have used a bit more sauce overall, was a bit dry.

Order came with hardly any butternut squash. It was almost all Eggplant

Love how you add citrus finishes to your dishes. Beautiful offset to creaminess of the whole. Pickled cauliflower was ill (great).

The butternut squash was a little crunchy - it would have been better if the squash was more tender. The overall dish was basic and had a standard curry flavor which was decent but not incredibly interesting.

This dish was just ok. There was not enough curry flavor. I dont think i have ever had curry before that just underwhelmed. That was this. I did like all the veggies and the pickled cauliflower was nice.

This is a comforting blend of creamy butternut squash, eggplant, and mushrooms. It was slightly bland but the pickled cauliflower took care of that. Like other reviewers, I'd say that that trumpet mushrooms were a little out of place.

This curry was very good, I loved the squash and eggplant. The curry sauce was delicious, could have used a little more kick. The portion size is small, but it is filling. I didn't care for the trumpet mushrooms, as they were very tough.

Bridget - the butternut squash curry was to die for! I was worried at first because the portion size looked very small, but it was incredibly filling! The flavors of the curry were bold; I loved the added eggplant. 4 stars!

Tasty but short on vegetables and long on rice. Not enough of the "salad." Not worth the price. Also, description on box didn't match ingredients in box (no dressing, no aoli - though why you would want aoli with curry is beyond me.)
