“Murg Makhani,” which translates as butter chicken, has its roots in the Punjabi community of Northern India. The chicken is tenderized in a flavorful marinade before being cooked in a creamy curry made with tomatoes and spices. Lap it up with naan or sesame rice (both included) as people do from street-side food stalls in India. We also serve it with a side of roasted butternut squash and Brussels sprouts.
Spice Level: Medium
Munchery sources poultry raised without antibiotics—it’s better for the birds and it’s better for you. We’re excited to feature poultry from Mary’s Chickens in this dish.
