the egg is totally raw and how do I know what I'm suppose to do with it? Not in the instructions , the belly was too fatty

Ordered with a side salad making Portion size filling. pasta and sauce were great! Meat was a fattier cut but I don't eat a lot of pork belly. Cut around it and was still plenty left to enjoy! Unique and creative
