We scramble eggs in a little butter with freshly chopped herbs, then top them with cheddar cheese and Canadian bacon. It's served on a light and fluffy brioche bun that's spread with lemon aioli and has sliced tomato and peppery arugula added to it. On the side: a cluster of red flame grapes.
