This is my tribute to a classic Italian sandwich. Fork tender braised Certified Angus beef brisket served on a Ciabatta bun with garlicky sauteed broccoli rabe and turnip greens, Provolone cheese, balsamic grilled red onions and salsa verde. Served with a side of rosemary roasted Yukon Gold potatoes.
